Around the world a growing number of people are working with the labyrinth, an ancient artefact which is fulfilling a renewed role in today's world.

Sewell, Sellers and Williams first met in Chartres, France in 2008 on a Veriditas Facilitator Training programme. All three left Chartres with a passion to develop labyrinth work in the UK. They became aware of the need for a book that would focus on the practical experience of those already working with labyrinths in various contexts. They understand the sharing of such experience is invaluable for trainee and certified facilitators and for those involved in new labyrinth projects, as well as being of interest to labyrinth enthusiasts everywhere.

This book offers ideas and examples of labyrinths in use in various situations: arts, community and social settings; schools, colleges and universities; a hospice, and a secure hospital; counselling, psychotherapy and well-being; churches, retreats and interfaith contexts.
