Training Ministry Teams: A Manual for Elders and Deacons

Elders or deacons have a vital calling and function in building strong congregations. But they need clear guidelines and training to be effective. This manual provides practical instruction to help pastors and congregational leaders bring clarity and purpose to this key role.
