The coordinator must have an active account at CommonWord. (For hosting purposes, a single visit fee does not suffice.)

Loan items are checked out on the coordinator’s account and are the responsibility of the coordinator.

Please place your order several weeks in advance to be assured of the greatest selection of resources.

If ordering online, simply indicate in the “Instructions” box that this is a “Display” or “Cheaper by the Dozen” order. If you would rather have us select specific titles, please contact us.

Items are not available to borrow from the display. A sign-out sheet will be included and any items requested will be available to the borrower(s) after the display has been returned to CommonWord. They will be shipped or set aside for pick up at CommonWord.
