Testing the Waters: Basic Tenets of Faith

These concepts - liberation, covenant, salvation, baptism, discipleship, and community - are central to Christianity. This unit will ferry youth through these six basic tenets of the Christian faith in a roughly chronological look at salvation history and how believers respond to it. This short course on the basics is a way to test the waters (baptismal) of Christianity before diving in. For those who've "passed through the waters," it will be a chance to review the basics.
