Enter the Kin-dom, Studies in Luke-Acts

Without the book of Acts, the Gospel of Luke is a cliffhanger. It ends with the risen Jesus telling his disciples to wait in Jerusalem to be "clothed with power from on high." Acts, the sequel, unveils that mystery with a wallop: The Holy Spirit is poured out on Gentiles and Jews alike, inaugurating a new family of faith that lives out the reign of God. This study explores our rich inheritance of grace and salvation in Luke's twin narratives.
