He Was In the World: Meditations for Public Worship

A collection of 25 meditations for use in public worship. The meditations cover a range of personal, pastoral and biblical themes. Written to be read where people are gathered, they can be used in congregational worship, or with smaller assemblies such as prayer groups, youth fellowships and housegroups.

These are not poems, nor are they the kind of spiritual readings that someone in search of a "filler" for opening devotions or an epilogue can use at a moment's notice. Each meditation will need preparation and rehearsal, even if that simply means reading it over aloud before using it. (1-4 actors, 5-15 min.)
