The Missional Church

2002, 4 pp
A sermon preached by Jean-Jacques Goulet at the Mennonite Fellowship of Montreal in 2002.

"To be missional is to take us away from a church that does mission to a church that is mission. All of its congregation life is directed towards the goal of reaching out to people with the Good News of God's love in Christ across the street to around the world.
  • To be missional is to seek out people.
  • Missional people are called to help reconcile the world to God's vision.
  • Missional people speak out reminding the world of God's vision; missional people seek out the seekers."
