The New Canada and the New/Old Church: Engage or Enclave?: Emerging Ministry Perspectives
by Brad Millar
2018, 8:02 min
What if really we only have two choices - to embrace this new reality, allowing/encouraging our church to morph into a new intercultural reality, or become a kind of anglo-hideout, hold on as long as we can, last refuge of once-dominant colonialists. What do we do? This presentation looks at the changing demographics of Canada, how the church can creatively respond to diversity, or, alternatively, stubbornly resist it. Bill’s research is about equipping churches with tools and resources to engage cultural diversity on a practical level.
