Administrators' Day 2009

Administrators from across MCEC gathered around the common theme of the congregational bulletin and its relation to other communication areas within the congregation. It was a day of encouragement, support and laughter as administrators connected with friends and colleagues. Topics included:

• The Rise & Fall of the Church Bulletin
• When does my paid time end and my volunteer begin?
• How can you (or your family members) still be involved with other parts of the church ministry?
• How do you navigate the community when you are not a part of it?
• Whose job is it anyhow? Clarifying lines of accountability and job descriptions.
• Working in continual transition - pastor and committee changes.
