This is a how-to and why-to book about exploring ensemble biblical storytelling that grew out of Swanson's six years of work on the "Provoking the Gospel Project," a collaborative venture involving multi-generational team of storytellers. What began as a way of working with biblical stories resulted in a surprisingly powerful interpretive method that encourages people to discover themselves and their world in biblical texts.
