MCC in Palestine and Israel

MCC has worked in Palestine and Israel since 1949. MCC's first work in the region involved providing relief and other supports to the Palestinians displaced after 1948. Today, MCC continues to support the dedicated work of both Israelis and Palestinians committed to non-vioelence and a future of peace, justice and reconciliation for both peoples. MCC also supports food, water and education projects in the region.

MCC is committed to supporting nonviolent efforts toward a just and peaceful negotiated solution to the Israeli-Palestinian conflict and believe this is in the long-term interests of all parties involved.
