Congregational Size Typology 2.0: Emerging Ministry Perspectives

Size Typology merged as an important model for understanding congregational leadership and authority in the 1980’s, first through the work of Arlen Rauthage at the Alban Institute. 30 years later much has changed and shifted, what might Congregational Size Typology look like In the 21st century.

Canon David Robinson was the Director of Congregational Development in the Anglican Diocese of Toronto until his retirement last October. He is now a semi-retired freelance consultant in mission and congregational development living in Winnipeg.
