Stories of God's People: L.E.D. Junior Youth Devotional

Stories of God's People is a devotional that includes articles, media connections, and activities to help junior youth in grades five to eight reflect on a Bible story and live its message throughout their week.

L.E.D. stands for Learn, Explore, Discover:

• learn how a blinding light and the voice of Jesus changed Saul, a persecutor of Jesus followers, into Paul, a great church planter and preacher of the gospel. Meet a modern-day Barnabas who encourages people to follow God's call to ministry.
• explore stories of other modern-day heroes of faith. Be challenged by a woman who walked across the country to spread God's message of peace. Be inspired by a story about love in action in the middle of a dangerous wildfire.
• discover insights from the Bible and around the world. Conduct an experiment to see how we are stronger when we work together. How much does the skin of 200 000 people weigh? How long does it take to read the entire Bible aloud?
