In this DVD recording,find hope in the stories of grassroots peacemakers in Africa who are making a difference in their own communites.

Hear the story of Amina Ahmed, a Muslim woman living in Nigeria, who is now a leading peacemaker in her community of Jos where tensions between Christians and Muslims exploded in recent years.

In Kenya, at Peace Museums across the Kenyan Rift Valley, students begin a journey of rediscovering their peace traditions and finding the connection between peace and the environment.

"We should talk peace," says Sister Josephine Acan who helps rehabilitate girls who have escaped the violence of the Lord's Resistance Army in northern Uganda.

DVD also features the 20-minute video, The Path is Made by Walking which tells the stories of peacemakers in El Salvador.
