HIV/AIDS: A Christian Response

The HIV/AIDS pandemic continues to wreak havoc around the world. A Mennonite pastor reports that he is counselling members of his congregation who have lost someone to AIDS, but confidentially. The congregation is unaware of that family's pain and grief. How did Jesus respond to those who sought his help - the leper, the adulterous women, Zaccheus? All were despised and feared in their society but Jesus reached out a hand of compassion and friendship.

This manual seeks to give congregations and individuals basic knowledge and educational tools regarding HIV/AIDS.
